I'm a mom in California. My kid is heading to college this fall, and I built RaiseUp because I wanted to make this transition beautiful instead of bittersweet — for me, and for any family going through it.
RaiseUp is a labor of love, not a money-making machine. Your data is your data. I will never sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for anything other than running RaiseUp for you and your family.
Here's exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and how to delete it anytime.
When you join the RaiseUp waitlist or use the Connection Portrait experience, we collect:
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.
RaiseUp uses trusted third-party providers for database storage and web hosting. They are contractually bound to protect your data and have no permission to use it for any purpose other than running RaiseUp.
To delete your data, see what we have on you, correct anything that's wrong, or unsubscribe — just email support@raiseupapp.com. A real person reads every message and will respond within a few days.
RaiseUp is designed for families with college-bound kids — typically 17 or 18 years old. If your child uses the Connection Portrait, the only data we collect from them is their first name and five short questionnaire answers. We don't ask for their email; we ask for the parent's email. If you'd like us to delete anything related to your child, email us anytime and we'll do it the same day.
RaiseUp uses minimal cookies, only for essential functionality (keeping your session active, remembering your preferences during a visit). We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
